At D3LTA, we respect the privacy of our users and the importance of the information they entrust to us. We summarize below the basic information policies and practices in place on all D3LTA websites.

D3LTA is a photo application which provides you with a set of custom designed filters to transform your photos into pieces of digital art. You then can upload and sumbit your pictures to the D3LTA gallery.  We reserve the right not to publish your submission.

If selected, your and the submissions of other users are viewable to the public on the website d3lta.me and Tumblr. Some might also appear at D3LTA socialsharing pages like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest and Ello. By submitting your work you grand us the right to use your submission for D3LTA promotional material or to let it get printed on products like shirts or posters by other users.

The contents of these pages were created with great care. For the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of the content, we can not take any responsibility. As a service provider we are responsible according to § 7 paragraph 1 of TMG for own contents on these pages under the general laws.
